Study Turkish in Antalya
Located on the Mediterranean coast of south-western Turkey, lies Antalya, a city that not only embodies the cultural heritage of the region but embraces modern technology and comfort. Part of the allure of this region is its its beautiful golden beaches and breath taking landscapes combined with the warm hospitality of the local people.
From the Roman Republic to the Byzantine Empire, Antalya has existed through it all and as a result among the beautiful natural backdrops, one will find architectural gems frozen in time. To wander through the area of Kaleici, in the center of town, one can discover such authentic gems along the cobbled streets while shopping or having a bit to eat. Once you visit Antalya, you'll never want to leave.
About the school
Our school is located in city centre of Antalya and offers a great view of the city and the sea. The center provides computer access and a resourse library. The teachers native speakers and have specialised degrees and experience in teaching. Our class sizes have a maximum of 8 students. Our classrooms are comfortable with air-conditioning.. At the end of the course, the students are given certificates.
About the course
On the first day, there is a welcome meeting and students are divided into groups according to their level. We have beginner, elementary and intermediate level courses. The classes are 4 hours per day with a 15-minute break. The lessons are on Monday thru Friday. This totals 20 hours per week. Our students come from all over the world. The student age limit is 18.
Teaching method
Our teaching method is based on a global study of grammar, listening, writing and speaking which includes active class participation. When you are enrolled, you will get a syllabus of the course. In the beginner classes we use English and Turkish. Mostly, the elementary and intermediate classes are conducted in Turkish. We provide an efficient course book and other study materials. The classes are organised to include daily conversations, grammar structures and speaking activities. The teachers are young and motivated to teach efficiently. They have at least an undergraduate university degree in education or language departments.
